Bea is a native Texan. She has many years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a dental assistant and has grown into her current role as an office manager.
Throughout her journey, she has developed a deep passion for dentistry and for helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She truly enjoys being part of each patient’s transformation and takes pride in guiding them through their treatment process. She is especially committed to helping patients find financial solutions that make achieving their dental goals possible. Seeing a patient’s smile change — and the confidence that comes with it — is what makes her work so rewarding.
When she is not working, she enjoys working out, cooking, and entertaining her family and friends

Patient Care Coordinator
Kari was raised in South Texas which is also where she met her husband. She has been in
dentistry since 2016 and plans to continue to expand her knowledge in dentistry. In her free time,
Kari enjoys spending time watching her daughter and son play sports.

Treatment Coordinator
Theresa was born in the Midwest, and moved to Texas which she calls home.
She has been in the dental field for a little over 16 years and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Alicia
Dental Hygienist
Alicia is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico and moved to Round Rock in 2025 with her husband and two huskies. She has been a dental hygienist for 11 years. On her free time, she enjoys going to the movie theater, baking and doing DIY projects.
Melanie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Melanie was born and raised in Upstate New York. After completing dental hygiene school, she relocated to Austin, where she has built a rewarding career as a practicing hygienist for the past few years. Outside of her profession, Melanie enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending quality time entertaining family and friends.

Leiloni B. was born and raised in Austin, TX and has earned her Dental Assistant Certification at the University of San Antonio. She has been working in the dental field as an RDA for 3 years now.
She enjoys working with a great doctor who takes excellent care of each and every patient.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending church every weekend.
